Tuition and Payment Information
2024-2025 Junior Kindergarten Tuition
Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable) due with the application
Junior Kindergarten Full Day Program (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.): $12,800

2024-2025 Grades K-8 Tuition
Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable) due with the application
Tuition: $12,800
Fees: $350 (non-refundable) deposit per child

Important dates for 2025-2026 school year applicants
- October 1, 2024: Applications are being accepted and considered. Applications will be considered as spaces remain available.
- December 10, 2024: Re-enrollment contracts are issued to parents of students currently enrolled in grades JK-7.
We expect all families, who feel they may require financial assistance, to complete the confidential FACTS Grant and Aid application during re-enrollment. - January 17, 2025: Re-enrollment contracts, with an Enrollment Fee of $ 350, must be submitted with the contract to Charlottesville Catholic School.
Note: Any contracts that are returned after January 17th will be considered as a new application and a fee of $150 per student will apply.
- March 1, 2025: Online FACTS Aid Applications, including 2024 tax returns, are due to FACTS for re-enrolling families (new families will receive FACTS application information and deadline at time of contract offer). Note: If you submit your Aid Application after March 1, 2025, you will be required to submit your full 2024 tax returns.
Decisions on Financial Aid by Charlottesville Catholic School will be made soon after the Aid application has been submitted. Revised tuition invoices will be sent to any family granted aid. Financial Aid decisions for new families will be made in a timely fashion after the school has received the FACTS analysis report. - April 10, 2025: Decisions on Financial Aid by Charlottesville Catholic School will be made and advised to re-enrolling families. - May 1, 2025: 30% of total Tuition due or FACTS Tuition Management Program must be complete. No tuition refunds or cancellation of FACTS agreement can be made after this date.
- May 11, 2025 Non-paid seats will be filled.
- July 1, 2025: Balance (remaining 70%) of tuition due for those who selected the Split Payment Plan.
Tuition Assistance
Financial aid is available for families in need of tuition assistance. Applications for new families must be completed on-line at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Please read the Financial Scholarships FAQs for more information.
Payment Methods
- Option 1: Split Payment Plan: 30% payment due by May 1st, 2025 and balance paid by July 1st, 2025. These payments will be collected through FACTS Tuition Management system.
- Option 2: (10 monthly payments): Payment will be made by automatic bank withdrawal, managed by FACTS Tuition Management. Those choosing the Monthly Payment will incur an administrative fee of 4% of the total tuition balance. This fee will be added to your monthly payments. The completed FACTS form is included within the enrollment contract.
- Tuition refunds or cancellation of the FACTS agreement can be made after this date.
